Eric Tamura

Owner, Clinical Director, DPT, AT Ret., Cert. DN

Eric found his inspiration for physical therapy and rehabilitation when he did his undergraduate schooling in athletic training. He enjoyed working with and training athletes but wanted to pursue a profession where he’d still have the ability to coach and attend his children’s athletic teams and sporting events.

After spending time in a skilled nursing facility Oregon, Eric began working for Gridiron in January of 2012. His outgoing and caring demeanor gave him the opportunity to educate students and patients of all ages. Conversely, he enjoys meeting and learning all about the individuals that visit the clinic and getting them back to the highest quality of life possible.

When not working, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his son and occasionally sleeping in. Outside of the lives that he’s touched from Gridiron, he aspires to participate and volunteer his time to the Wounded Warrior Project.

Lynae Marie Heninger

DPT, CSCS, Cert. DN, APTA Certified Clinical Instructor

As a four-sport athlete, Lynae originally had aspirations of attending medical school but found that working in a PT clinic was her true calling. Throughout college, she enjoyed her time helping the athletes of South Dakota State University with their physical therapy and soon discovered that she loved working with people of all ages to help achieve their goals through rehabilitation and teaching how to live healthier, more mobile lives.

When not helping patients, Lynae loves playing with her four children, watching football and gardening. She is active in her community and volunteers at the Meridian United Methodist Church, the Meridian Food Bank, supporting the Haiti Solar Oven Project and organizing local runs and children’s sporting events.

Amanda Dunne

MPT, Cert. DN

Amanda fell in love with physical therapy as an All-American Track & Field athlete at the University of Missouri. She graduated from the University of Missouri in 2006 and has leveraged her background and passion for sports in out-patient physical therapy working to make her patients healthier. In addition to rehabbing patients, Amanda loves people and takes joy in seeing patient's lives improve. Amanda and her husband have three young girls, and they love spending time outdoors, running, camping, boating, and traveling. After living in Iowa, Missouri, and Tennessee, Amanda is excited to be working with patients in the Treasure Valley.
