Physical Therapy & Athletic Training Services
Physical Therapy Services
Physical therapy includes services for the diagnosis, treatment, management of movement
dysfunction and improvement of physical mobility. Physical therapy evaluations and treatments are completed by licensed physical therapists
and trained support personnel. Physical therapy may be an alternative solution to expensive surgery, and in some cases may be required for
post surgery recovery.
The purpose of physical therapy treatments is to restore, maintain and enhance optimal physical function and mobility.
Physical therapy treatments are individualized programs that are designed according to a patients condition. Treatments typically
address recovering from an existing injury, preventing the advancement of physical limitations, minimizing mobility restrictions, or
resolving disabilities caused by accidents, sports, occupational related injuries, diseases or other life conditions.

Your Physical Therapy
Treatments Are Customized
The type and duration of your physical therapy services will depend upon your particular situation. The severity of your condition, and other factors such as age and general health, will be factors in the overall success of your treatments.
Upon completion of your initial visit your physical therapist should be able to give you a general idea of what to expect from your customized physical therapy program.
I have been to many physical therapists over the years, but my team at Gridiron brought an approach that was unique. Not only did they provide an exciting and encouraging atmosphere, but worked harder to improve my overall condition as a whole, not just my injury. They had me performing exercises that I never would have thought I could perform, and I left there in better shape than before I was injured. - Jason M
